Our engineering team leverages industry-standard EDA tools Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, and Pads to deliver precision-crafted custom electronics. This expertise extends to camera systems, voice recognition, IR sensing, audio processing, and robust Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity. We also deliver sophisticated electronics for the consumer and IoT sectors, encompassing smart home appliances, kitchen electronics, and secure public and private networked devices, consistently transforming advanced concepts into dependable, production-ready products.
Our production infrastructure features 4 high-speed SMT lines (equipped with 12 Sony/Samsung machines) and 2 dedicated PTH lines, supported by AOI and X-ray inspection systems. This enables a daily output capacity of over 3 million SMT placement points and 40,000 PCBA units. We further provide comprehensive value-added services including PCBA programming, functional testing, aging tests, and conformal coating. To ensure rapid turnaround, we offer expedited lead times of up to 12 hours for PCB fabrication, 24 hours for PCBA assembly, and 3 days for international shipping.

We provide full-cycle custom software development, including embedded systems in C/C++, native iOS and Android applications, and AWS cloud architecture. Our expertise also extends to building and deploying IoT infrastructure, alongside robust development in JavaScript and Python for web and automation solutions.

We deliver end-to-end mechanical solutions, from 2D/3D design in SolidWorks, Pro-E, and Autodesk to full-scale manufacturing. Our capabilities include producing custom metal and plastic tooling molds and executing production via plastic injection molding, metal stamping, bending, and specialized chemical finishing processes.
